PS3 Patch 1.15 Now Live and FREE Face-Off Maps for all PS3 gamers!

PS3 Gamers, Your Wait Is over!
You now have the new software update that improves a lot and adds 5 new prestige levels along with adds face off new game mode.

Modern Warfare 3 content drops 9 through 12 go live for premium Elite members on the PlayStation 3 tomorrow, June 14th. A patch that brings a bunch of fixes, additions and weapons re-balancing is live now.

Multiplayer map Oasis, new Face Off Mode and maps Aground, Erosion, Getaway and Lookout, and Spec Ops missions Iron Clad and Kill Switch will be available June 14th for premium Elite members, while all PS3 owners can download patch 1.15 now. Patch 1.15 includes the new ‘Competition Mode‘ for improved LAN games, another 5 levels of Prestige, taking the total to 20, and some balancing. Check out the full change list below.

PS3 Patch 1.15

– 400 new ranks included in 5 new prestige levels (prestige 16 through 20)
– Dead Man’s Hand now has a reduced explosive radius
– Dragunov rebalance– we reduced the recoil
– Fixed Dead Silence / Sitrep Pro issue with Specialist class (you can’t hear your own footsteps anymore)
– Blast Shield is now buffed in hardcore modes
– Fixed an issue where some “defense” kills were not incrementing on the leaderboard
– Fix for rapid fire glitch (semi-automatic weapons can’t gain rapid fire and unlimited ammo anymore)
– Increased damage reduction for Blast Shield in Hardcore modes
– Fix for Kill Confirmed: Update the player score before updating the team score
– Competition Mode added to System Link (LAN parties!)

Non-premium Elite members on the PS3 will get the new Face Off Mode and maps Aground and Erosion June 15.

    So, no fix for getting rid of the cheaters? Just run into guy who used 2 predator missiles after just 1 kill. Should not be possible? Then same guys chopper killed me even the assassins and blind eye perks were effective. Do you actually think that I am going to buy Black Ops 2, just to get pissed by the hackers online. Nope, not gonne happen. MW3 is the last call of duty game I will ever buy.

      can you get a predator with only 1 kill YES YOU CAN. you do not even need 1 kill. can do it by objective only, assist only, or shared/stolen care-package only.  blind eye protects you from robot controlled air craft. It will not protect you from anything a human controls. the devil is in the details, i had a assault jug within 20secs of the game, the devil is in the details how because i was playing drop zone.

      to better understand what happen and to help explain what did happen save the video to your vault and share your details or update it to youtube and that be even better.

      boosting and glitching is a problem but on xbox 360 wii and ps3 you can not do free rewards at all. with or with out hacks. so this is not possible on those platforms.

      people always blame hackers and lag for them losing. i hear it every time i play time and time again. the other gamers can not explain how they are doing what they are doing so blame it on hacking or lag.

      if it was on pc there is a chance that what you said did happen but if its not there is no way that happened how you think it did. there is more too the story then you might know. share the video and we can help you understand it better.
