The 5MB patch fixes the Elite Gamertag lock allowing different profiles to access paid Elite DLC on the same console. As you may remember, last week Robert Bowling released a statement regarding the subject stating that players “who purchased the latest DLC Content Drop for Modern Warfare 3  while signed into other profiles on the same console that originally downloaded the content.” Bowling explained, “this is unintentional and we will work to get an update out.” Another Infinity Ward developer noted that yesterday’s patch “was a targeted fix.” The ninth patch was “pushed through Microsoft a.s.a.p.”
